About me:
The Nerd, The Explorer, The Entertainer
The Nerd, The Explorer, The Entertainer
Ever since I was a kid I’ve loved math, computer- and roleplaying games, superheroes and fantasy. I took my masters degree in civil engineering in 2016, with focus on maths and software development and I’ve spent eight years working in the IT industry.
I know what it’s like to juggle deadlines, support cases, meetings and feature development. And I know how important it is to take a break from the world of abstractions and come back to the present.
The capacity to see patterns and understand the deeper themes in a complex context is of great help in both my facilitation and coaching.
I’ve always been the one listening to and supporting my friends in their difficult times and in 2016 my fascination for the inner world took a big leap when I started to explore meditation as an alternative way to a happier life
To explore the nature of the heart is the most meaningful thing I can imagine and to support others in their self-realisation brings me so much joy and fulfilment.
I love performing and if I can make people laugh that’s even better. During my years at university I spent most of my spare time in student comedy-theatre.
Even the most serious topics in life are helped with a lighthearted and playful attitude, and this is what I bring with me into coaching and mindfulness.
